Title 49 Part 100 to 185 is revised October 1 of each year. An “Early Edition” is published and made available to industry by November 1 via privet sector publishers. The Early Edition is based on best information available to the publishers as of October 1 but is subject to further revision by the Government. The “Final Edition” is published by the GPO in late March of the following year.
